The Essential Ingredient Rozelle can cater classes to your specification and taste, creating a unique experience for all types of events.

Most of our classes typically run for 3 hours set around either lunchtime or in the evening and are designed to cater to groups averaging 12 people. Please feel free to note in your enquiry which time slot you’d prefer.

Paella, Churros & Sangria

Raised on paella in his native Spain, Ricardo Zaratustra brings his passion for these iconic dishes to his teaching in this hands on class showing you how you create three Spanish classics. You will learn how to make Spain’s favourite dish – seafood paella – as well as the classic Spanish dessert – churros – and the most festive of party punches – sangria.

Join Wanitha Tanasingam and take a journey through the street food of Thailand. Be inspired to create and blend the collaboration of spices that make up Thai food including pork and prawn wontons with dipping sauce, tom yum, fish cakes, pad Thai and much more.

Moroccan Feast

Join Wanitha in this hands on class where you will learn how to make chicken tagine, Harissa, Chermoula snapper, orange & fennel salad and cous cous. As well as a mouth-watering dessert!
