* The raw honeycomb is a mini bee hive contained in a jar – with between 450-500 bees working to sculpture an exceptional and unique honeycomb.
* Iron bark is part of a bigger family of trees known as Eucalyptus. Raw iron bark honey is a beautiful sophisticated deep amber colour. Its texture is smooth, delicate and very pure.
* Raw stringy bark honey is characterised by its fine textured crystals. It is of a copper appearance with a highly intense aromatic perfume.
