The Essential Ingredient is a great place to find unique and useful gifts for people who enjoy great food, but sometimes picking the perfect gift can be a real challenge. Our luxury hampers make ideal corporate gifts and have generated a lot of great feedback for our customers. As Sydney's leading food and kitchenware retailer we have sourced gifts that will reflect your style and taste, whilst offering excellent value, all presented in a stylish display. Our hampers generally range in price from $80 to $250 and, while the less costly hampers generally contain food items, higher value hampers can also contain books or interesting kitchen items. This opens a wealth of possibilities for making custom hampers. We've made Moroccan themed hampers which included a Moroccan cookbook, several moroccan spices and a small tagine, as well as coffee themed hampers for coffee enthusiasts.

Making it Easy

To make it as easy as possible for you to get exactly what you want, we provide two alternatives for customers interested in giving hampers:

Either, if you know what you like, come into our store conveniently located on the Pacific Highway at Crows Nest [Google Maps]. You can browse the entire store (or just the food section) and select the items you'd like to include in your hamper. We will then securely pack and gift wrap your selection in one of our presentation boxes and inform you when the hamper is ready for collection.

Or, if you want to leave it to us, just make your selections from our recommended list of mouth-watering items. Specify the quantities and the date required and we can take care of the rest.
